Making it in Digital &
Content Marketing

8-Course Program Transformation

The transient world of marketing demands a responsive curricular approach, both in the relevance of its content and its learning experiences. With students competing two similar program streams simultaneously, the Digital & Content Marketing Post-Graduate Certificate struggled with its identity, curriculum redundancies and misalignments, and an overemphasis on theory and planning over authentic application of learning.

Put together, students left the program feeling unprepared to transition into real-life marketing. A proper program redesign would require reconnecting with the learners themselves, building on their ideas of success.
